Some of today's most popular sports are bicycling, mountain biking, in-line
skating and skateboarding. And, if you look at enthusiasts of these sports,
you'll notice they all have one thing in common -- they wear a helmet and
protective gear. Though your bicycle helmet offers protection while cycling,
in-line skating and skateboarding pose different hazards.
If you're into any of these sports, get into a Snell-certified helmet with the N-94 certification sticker. The N-94 Standard is the first ever helmet safety standard developed specifically for multisport use.
The N-94 helmet standard also requires that the helmet pass multiple impact tests to the back of the helmet. After a helmet passes original certification testing, it is subject to random sample testing. These dual testing procedures are designed to see that helmets carrying Snell certification stickers in stores continue to meet Snell Standards.
